Trogir Taxi Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Trogir taxi and private transfer services provided by ONE CLICK HOLIDAY j.d.o.o. By booking or using our taxi transportation, airport transfer or private ride services, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Services
We provide taxi in Trogir, local transportation, airport transfers to and from Split Airport, and long-distance private transfer services within Croatia and neighboring countries. All services are subject to driver and vehicle availability.
2. Bookings
- Bookings may be made by phone, email, messaging applications or through the website contact form.
- A booking is considered confirmed once the pickup location, destination, time and price have been agreed.
- Passengers are responsible for providing correct booking details, including contact number and pickup information.
3. Prices & Payment
- Prices shown on the website are informative and may vary depending on destination, travel time, season and passenger count.
- Any fixed price confirmed in advance applies only to the agreed route and booking conditions.
- Extra stops, waiting time, route changes or special requests may result in additional charges.
- Payment is accepted in cash or by another method if agreed in advance.
4. Waiting Time & Delays
- Passengers should be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
- Reasonable waiting time is included for standard local pickups unless otherwise specified.
- For Split Airport transfers, reasonable waiting time may be allowed based on arrival details provided by the passenger.
- If a passenger is delayed, they must inform us as soon as possible to avoid disruption or cancellation.
- No-show situations may be charged depending on the type of booking and reserved transfer.
5. Cancellations
- Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible.
- Late cancellations of airport transfers, pre-booked rides or long-distance routes may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in cases of force majeure, road restrictions, vehicle issues or other operational reasons.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
- The number of passengers and amount of luggage must match the booked vehicle type.
- Passengers must notify us in advance if they are traveling with bulky luggage, sports equipment or special transport requirements.
- All passengers must follow driver instructions and behave respectfully throughout the ride.
- Use of seat belts is mandatory where required by law.
7. Liability
We aim to provide safe, reliable and punctual Trogir taxi transportation. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, weather conditions, road closures, accidents, border checks, flight disruptions or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Passengers are responsible for allowing sufficient travel time, especially for airport departures and time-sensitive connections.
8. Lost Property
If personal belongings are left in the vehicle, passengers should contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to help recover lost items, but we cannot guarantee that lost property will be found or returned.
9. Privacy
Personal information provided during booking or communication is used only for the purpose of organizing and delivering transportation services. For more details on how data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Croatia.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
